Samantha Frederick is a registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist. She holds two Bachelor Degrees, one in psychology and the other in social work. She also holds a Masters Degree in Social Work. Samantha has always desired to create a niche that caters and supports humanity’s diverse emotional and psychological needs.

Samantha is the founder of her private practice Arise Mental Health, where she offers individual and family counselling, clinical assessments, case management, psychotherapy, treatment planning, psycho-educational workshops, mentorship and much more!

She enjoys trails, cooking, listening to music and long drives!
