Join us for an interactive workshop moving through our stories of embodied trauma, grief, and loss. Our catalyst for inner healing will be creativity via sculpture, art-making, movement poetry, and sacred texts. Recognizing that the body, mind, and spirit can be silent containers for our pain eventually, it all overflows and calls out for attention. Previous experience is not required please bring your open curiosity.
